Tea Party Over!

Same act different costume.

Remember how when the political press types were all swooning over the “new,” “grassroots” Tea Party movement and we said nah, the Tea Party is just SoCons in patriot drag? We were right.

Polls show that disapproval of the Tea Party is climbing. In April 2010, a New York Times/CBS News survey found that 18 percent of Americans had an unfavorable opinion of it, 21 percent had a favorable opinion and 46 percent had not heard enough. Now, 14 months later, Tea Party supporters have slipped to 20 percent, while their opponents have more than doubled, to 40 percent.

One Response to “Tea Party Over!”

  1. So, with Tea Party disapproval rising as you claim in April 2010, from a left biased New York Times poll, how did the Tea Party candidates take back the House in a dramatic beat down of incumbent Democrats in November 2010?

Did you see the Maxine Water’s video today as she faced loud, black hecklers in a town hall meeting? Obama is at al all time low approval in the Rasmussen poll.

If this post scares you, don’t post it. It may be too much reason and fairness for you in one dose? I have copied it so I can tweet it and post it on my blog?
